Peak season is March, April, and May. Winter and summer crawfish availability is spotty because of the cold, the heat, and the rain.
Do you sell live crawfish that we can cook ourselves?
Absolutely, we can bring up as much as you want! Pick up 30 pound sacks from us on Saturday mornings from 9a to 11a. Orders must be in by 10a the Friday before Saturday pickup. Order as early in the week as you can to guarantee availability. Click here to reserve your crawfish now!

Where do you get your crawfish?
Our product is genuine and fresh south Louisiana crawfish. They are caught, sprayed, sorted, sacked and shipped straight to us three times a week.
How fresh are your crawfish?
We only order by demand. Our farm trucks fresh-caught crawfish up to us three times every week. This means you get the freshest crawfish possible no matter when you order. You won’t find us stockpiling live crawfish and then trying to price it cheap because it’s old and dying.
What's the best way to store live crawfish until we are ready to cook it?
Here are some key rules:
A cool crawfish is a calm crawfish.
A dry crawfish is a dead crawfish.
Rinse them with cool water and keep them damp. Don't keep them submerged in water Room temp storage is fine for a day as long as they are wet. It is ideal to keep them in a large cooler with a bag of ice. Every now and then, rinse the sack with cool water. Keeping them over night is no problem.
What should I do with leftover cooked crawfish?
Give them to your local police or fire department. They could probably use a break and some delicious food.
Peel all the tails and keep the meat for your next batch of étouffée or a fried crawfish tail po boy. Crawfish meat freezes fine.
Store them in the fridge for a day or two and reheat them by boiling for just a couple minutes
